It was a struggle for the salesman to get back with me. I had to do all the follow up. He didn’t get back with me. And then when we got the vehicle purchased there was a truck I was interested in and he never got back with me on it as well.
This was the best and easiest oil change of my three years of coming there for service. However I doubt that I will bring my car back in the future.

I have no complaints about the actual repair which corrected the issue with my truck. However, my appointment was for 8:30 am Dec 1. After not hearing from the service department I called about 11:30 and was told it would be afternoon before the looked at it. I called a few times throughout the day to try to get some type of update, but I wasn't called by the service department until 4:50 pm. The sales staff is best in class. The service center staff is very friendly but has not been as responsive as they should be. During my visit they told me I had a ball joint issue. The vehicle is under warranty but I have called three times over the last month and have been told I would get s call back once they confirmed issue and have yet to get it resolved or receive any information.

I recently took my Hyundai Elantra to Dorsett Automotive in Terre Haute, Indiana, to have a damaged tire replaced. I was quoted $195 for the tire, plus a $30 installation fee, and told that the tire was in stock, and my vehicle would be ready in a few hours.
When I found the exact same tire at Walmart for $112, I shared that information with the service department because Dorsett advertises a price match guarantee. Shortly afterward, I was told they would not match the Walmart price, and the lowest they could go was $178, claiming they’d “lose money” if they matched it.

Came in for an oil change, was informed of recall work needed, one of them to do with a headlight assembly. After work was completed, I was received a call saying my led lights weren't working and wanted me to pay a diag fee to figure out why. In addition to that, now the AC condensation flows in to my passenger compartment when it didnt before. The lights were working when they went in and now they want to hustle even more out of me to figure out why and how they rewired it wrongly.

I had a 9am appointment and did not get out until 10:35. I had a basic oil change ( no tire rotation). So in my opinion that is unacceptable. I took my wife’s car to another dealer for the same service and was done in 35 minutes
